STEP 01:

Understand your ADHD

This module will provide a high-level overview of ADHD and how this presents in women, to help you understand and cope with related challenges. Also, you will be pleased to learn reasons to love your ADHD, how to identify your ‘superpower’ as well as steps to take if you know or think you have ADHD.  Finished off with a fun quiz!

STEP 02:

Unravel your ADHD mind

This step will help clear any mental
clutter to give you the space you need to have clarity and shift to a more positive mindset. I will share my TOP 10 TIPS TO UNRAVEL YOUR ADHD MIND to show you how to move from overwhelm and anxious to calmer and more centred. We will also look at introducing daily habits which will help to keep a clear and calm mind

STEP 03:

Get Clarity

In this session we look at what clarity
means and why it is essential for building the foundations upon which you can start to move forward.   You will get to know yourself, your life vision, core values, strengths, passions, and beliefs. You will then complete the wheel of life in your workbook to review your current situation in so that we can start to identify where you want to focus.

STEP 04:

Thrive

in this step we will guide you through
how to make your dreams a reality through techniques, journaling, and visualisation. You will then create your future life blueprint of what your ideal dream life looks like in all areas. We will compare your future life to your current life situation and identify the gaps. These will then help you to decide the goals that you want to focus on to move you forwards towards your ideal life.

STEP 05:

Take Action

In this step we look at how daily habits are essential for maintaining the positive mindset required to achieve your goals. We also provide practical advice and guidance on how to meet your goals when you have ADHD. This is all brought together into your own free template personal planner - so that you can apply all you've learned back into your own life straight away.

As well as watching videos of the lessons, you’ll be guided through the work book and given transformational exercises to complete. Once complete, the workbook will become your own personal life blueprint to refer to again and again.
