Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to take this quiz?

Not at all. This quiz is designed for women who have a formal diagnosis, self-identify, or are just beginning to wonder if ADHD might explain their experience. Whatever stage you're at, there's a profile and a personalised report written for you.

What does the quiz actually measure?

The quiz measures where you are across three dimensions of the FAN Success Pathway — ADHD awareness, ADHD support, and midlife vision and follow-through. It identifies your profile (Wanderer, Explorer, or Voyager) and gives you practical next steps for exactly where you are.

Why do I need to enter my e-mail?
