This website and its services are operated by Clare McAleese, trading as the Female ADHD Network ("FAN", "we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at [[email protected]].
These terms apply to your use of this website, our free resources (including the MAP Quiz), and any paid programmes or services you purchase from us, such as the Midlife ADHD Reset™. By using the site or purchasing a programme, you agree to these terms.
Everything we provide — including the MAP Quiz, profile reports, blog content, emails, and coaching programmes — is educational and coaching-focused. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, and it is not a diagnostic tool.
The MAP Quiz cannot diagnose ADHD or any other condition. If you have questions about diagnosis, medication, or your mental or physical health, please speak to your GP or a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing on this site should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, and you should never delay seeking it because of something you've read here.
You may browse the site and use our free resources for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, or using it for anything unlawful.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All content on this site — including the MAP Quiz, the Wanderer, Explorer, and Voyager profile reports, programme materials, text, graphics, and branding — belongs to us (or our licensors) and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. "Midlife ADHD Reset™" and "FAN Thrive™" are our trade marks.
You're welcome to download or print materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute our content without our written permission.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. Where payment plans are offered, you are committing to the full programme price, payable in instalments.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your place is confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) has been received.
Access details for the programme will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Eligibility: our programmes are designed for adults (18+).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you can cancel for a full refund — unless the programme has already started and you've agreed to begin within that period, in which case we may deduct a proportionate amount for what has been delivered.
[CHOOSE / EDIT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TO REFLECT YOUR REFUND POLICY:]
[OPTION A] After the cooling-off period, fees are non-refundable, but if you're finding the programme isn't right for you, please get in touch — we'd always rather talk it through.
[OPTION B] We offer a [X]-day happiness guarantee: if you've engaged with the first [X] weeks and the programme isn't right for you, email us within [X] days of the start date for a full refund.
To cancel or request a refund, email [[email protected]].
Coaching works best as a partnership. By joining a programme you agree to engage with the materials and sessions as best you can, and you acknowledge that outcomes depend on many factors personal to you. We can't guarantee any particular result — and anyone who promises you one should be treated with suspicion.
In group settings (calls, communities, cohorts), you agree to treat other members with kindness and respect, and to keep anything personal shared by others confidential. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour makes the space unsafe or unpleasant for others, without refund in serious cases.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with any programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for events outside our reasonable control.
Our site and emails may link to third-party websites or resources we think are helpful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase or use is the one that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
