An ongoing membership for women with ADHD in midlife who want to understand what's making life harder, discover practical support that works for their brain, and feel more confident about what comes next.

You've probably spent decades being the capable one.
Juggling work, family, appointments and responsibilities — somehow keeping all the plates spinning, even when it took far more effort than anyone realised.
But somewhere along the way, things started to feel different.
You walk upstairs, and forget why you're there. Only to remember when you're back downstairs.
You start one thing, spot another, do that instead... and somehow the first thing disappears from existence.
You've tried the planners, apps and routines that promised to organise your life. Some worked brilliantly — until they didn't.
Things you used to somehow keep on top of now seem to take twice the energy.
It's easy to turn the struggle inwards:
Why can't I manage things like I used to?
Why can't I just get myself organised?
Why does everything take so much effort?
What's wrong with me?
But there's more going on here than a lack of effort or organisation.
Hormonal changes, changing responsibilities, years of compensating and masking — and simply having less capacity to keep pushing through — can all affect how manageable everyday life feels.
You can't fix this by forcing yourself to push through.
Everyday life feels more manageable
You understand what makes things harder for you — and know what you can do when overwhelm starts building.
You have support that actually works for you
Instead of forcing yourself into rigid routines, you build flexible ways of doing things that fit your brain, energy and real life.
You trust yourself more
You stop treating every forgotten task, abandoned plan or difficult day as evidence that you're failing.
There's more room for you
Less of your energy goes into simply keeping everything afloat — leaving more for the people, interests and things that matter to you.
You feel more like yourself again
You begin separating who you are from the roles you've played, the expectations you've carried and the things you've struggled with.
You feel more hopeful about what comes next
Not because you've suddenly got your whole life mapped out — but because you understand yourself better and feel more confident about creating what you want next.

I know what it's like to look capable on the outside while quietly wondering why everything seems to take so much effort.
For years, I thought I simply needed to try harder, get more organised or finally find the system that would make everything click. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 50s that so much of my life finally began to make sense.
But diagnosis was only the beginning.
Understanding ADHD helped me see myself differently. Learning what actually supported my brain helped me start making life easier too.
I combined that lived experience with 30+ years of designing and improving services, ADHD research and professional coaching training — and eventually created the support I couldn't find when I needed it myself.
Because women navigating ADHD in midlife don't need another person telling them to try harder.
We need to understand what's happening, discover what actually helps, and have support turning that understanding into real life.
That's why I created the Midlife ADHD Reset.

Understand your brain. Support yourself differently. Create more of the life you want.

You don't need another pile of ADHD information telling you what you should be doing.
The Midlife ADHD Reset is an ongoing membership designed specifically for women navigating ADHD in midlife — helping you turn understanding into practical changes that make a difference in your real life.
You'll work through the FAN Method at your own pace, learning how ADHD shows up for you, what actually helps, and how to use that understanding to make everyday life easier and create more room for what matters to you now.
And because this is a membership rather than another course to “keep up with”, you'll have ongoing access to practical tools, coaching and a community of women who understand.
No falling behind. No rigid systems. No pressure to keep up.
This isn't about becoming better at coping. It's about understanding yourself, supporting yourself and building a life that works better for you.
It’s the framework at the heart of the Midlife ADHD Reset — helping you understand yourself, discover what genuinely supports you, and create more of the life you want.
Understand yourself differently.
Make sense of how ADHD actually shows up in your life, why midlife may have changed things, and begin separating genuine difficulties from years of self-blame.
You begin to think:
“Ahhh… that explains a lot.”
Everyday life works better for you.
Discover what helps you feel calmer and more supported, work with your energy and capacity, and build practical ADHD-friendly support that fits your brain and real llife.
You begin to know:
“This is what actually helps me.”
Create more of the life you want.
Reconnect with what matters to you now, choose what you'd like to change, and start making meaningful progress in a way that works with your ADHD rather than against it.
You begin to feel:
“I know what I want to move towards.”
A practical, personal record of what you've discovered about yourself, what supports you, what matters to you and what you're working towards. So instead of finishing with another folder full of information, you have something you can actually use in your life.
Not another course library to work your way through. Practical support you can use at your own pace — with help when you need it.
Learn at your own pace
Work through Foundations, Anchoring and Navigating with short, practical learning designed specifically around ADHD and midlife.
No deadlines. No falling behind. Come back to what you need, when you need it.
Turn what you learn into something useful
Build your Midlife ADHD Portfolio as you go — capturing how ADHD shows up for you, what genuinely helps, what matters now and what you're working towards.
It becomes your guide, rather than another pile of generic advice.
Get help applying it to real life
Regular coaching and support to help you work through the bits that are difficult, adapt what isn't working and turn what you're learning into changes that fit your actual life.
Because knowing what to do and being able to do it aren't always the same thing.
You don't have to figure it all out alone
Connect with other women navigating ADHD and midlife — without comparison, judgement or pressure to keep up.
A place to ask questions, share what's working, have the occasional “Oh thank God, it's not just me” moment and celebrate progress that other people might not even notice.
Your membership stays with you beyond the initial FAN Method journey, with ongoing tools, coaching, support and fresh resources to help you keep applying what works as life changes.
Use what you need. Come back when you need it. There's no such thing as falling behind.

GOT QUESTIONS?
Not at all. The Midlife ADHD Reset™ is for women who are diagnosed with ADHD, self-identify, or are beginning to suspect ADHD may explain some of their experience.
You don’t need a diagnosis to start understanding yourself better or discovering what genuinely helps you.
The Reset is designed to fit around real life — not become another thing you have to keep up with.
You’ll work through the FAN Method at your own pace, using practical learning, tools and your personal Midlife ADHD Portfolio (MAP) to apply what’s useful to you.
There are no weekly deadlines and no expectation that everyone moves through it at the same speed.
There is no falling behind.
The Midlife ADHD Reset is an ongoing membership rather than a time-limited course. If life gets busy, your energy changes or you simply need to step away for a while, you can come back to the learning and resources when you’re ready.
Use what you need. Come back when you need it.
Because the Reset isn’t about giving you another rigid system to follow.
You’ll learn how ADHD shows up for you, understand what may be making things harder in midlife, experiment with practical support that fits your brain and real life, and gradually build your own Midlife ADHD Portfolio (MAP).
The aim isn’t to make you better at following somebody else’s system. It’s to help you discover what works for you.
If you join the Priority Waitlist, you’ll be among the first to hear when founding membership opens and receive the full details before you need to make any decision.
You’ll also have access to the founding member pricing and benefits available to waitlist members.
Joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to buying anything.
You’ll get access to the FAN Method, your own Midlife ADHD Portfolio (MAP), practical ADHD-friendly tools and resources, coaching and support, and a community of women navigating ADHD and midlife too.
And because the Reset is an ongoing membership, the support doesn’t end when you finish the initial FAN Method journey. You can continue using the tools, coaching, community and new resources to help you apply what works as life changes.
