HI, I'M CLARE

I created the Female ADHD Network and Midlife ADHD Reset™ to help other women in midlife navigate overwhelm, reclaim their strengths, and create a life that finally feels aligned to who they are now.

How it all started ...

On the outside, I looked like I was holding everything together — successful corporate career, raising a family, always busy. Inside, I was exhausted. The constant juggling, combined with the hormonal rollercoaster of perimenopause, left me feeling like I was running uphill just to keep up.

I masked my struggles for years, pushing through with willpower and self-criticism. But burnout, anxiety, and the constant pressure to perform eventually caught up with me.

At 51, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD — and suddenly, everything made sense.

I threw myself into learning everything I could about ADHD. I began building ADHD-friendly systems, routines, and rhythms that worked with my brain, not against it.

Without even realising it, I had created my own reset — a way of living that rebuilt my confidence, clarity, and energy.

Now, I'm on a mission to make sure you don't have to figure this out alone. This isn't about fixing yourself or fitting into someone else's mould. It's about creating a midlife that finally works with your ADHD brain — so you can feel calm, capable, and confident about your next chapter.

"Up to 75% of women living with ADHD are currently undiagnosed in the UK."
