I founded the Female ADHD Network because

this is just what I was looking for and couldn't find when I was struggling. To my knowledge, there is nothing else quite like this out there.

Our focus is empowering women to overcome the

challenges of ADHD and embrace their strengths, so that they can work towards their goals with more confidence, and unlock their potential.
