October is ADHD Awareness Month

Did you know that ADHD affects over 1.5 million adults in the UK, yet only 4.9% women will be diagnosed in their

lifetime compared to 12% of men?

The Female ADHD Network are supporting October ADHD Awareness Month in a number of ways:

  • Helping to raise awareness of ADHD in women, particularly in midlife - so they can recognise the symptoms and know steps they can take.

  • Launching the Female ADHD Network and the Focused + Fabulous Course in October. Those registering in October 2022 will receive a 25% discount (includes 5% donation to ADHD Foundation)

  • Open the waiting list for the FAN membership

  • Sharing my story, featuring on local radio and in multiple articles to raise awareness of ADHD in women

  • Created FREE guide to help women recognise the symptoms and understand steps they can take

Read my story

I want to share my story to help other women recognise and manage the symptoms of ADHD, embrace their strengths so they can unlock their potential.

A Guide: Women + ADHD

I have created a guide which provides further details about ADHD in women, the symptoms to look out for as well as some tips on how to manage them.
